Among the news that the Prophet and his progeny (peace be upon them), is the promise of Imam Al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) that he is from among the household of the prophet (peace be upon him), and he is a righteous servant whom Allah, the Glorified and Exalted, has chosen, to establish the state of truth, justice and righteousness on the method of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his progeny)

This news fits with the innate human aspiration to one day arbitrate justice, truth and righteousness on earth.
