One of the most important factors of happiness, and the most sublime thing that a person possesses is the perfection of personality. This noble and precious gem gives life its greatness and originality, and takes a person to the highest level of sophistication and the highest ranks of pride and honor. From the point of view of humanity, people are equal, but they differ in reason, intellect, spiritual habits, and moral advantages, and the strength of personality is all that distinguishes individuals from each other and determines the value and status of each man. And that personality affects us directly unlike all other indirect influences.
Man only came into existence to seek earnestly in the way of cultivating his treasures that are present in him, so that he creates his traits with them, and to expand the horizon of his thinking and comprehension, raising the level of his knowledge, and to strengthen his spirit, so that he reaches the perfection of his senses, and in a word, so that he can perform well his human duty in this world.
So, everyone's goal must be to build a healthy and deep personality in the soul and to work for the sake of happiness, and the more a person strives in this path, the more his hope is to attain true success as well.
Every human characteristic and habit has a special share in determining the human destiny, and every feeling and thought has an impact on those traits and habits, and for this we see that the morals of every person are in a constant transformation, either they are in progress and integration, or they are in negligence and decline.
The first step to personality development and its integration is for a person to learn the way to benefit from the powers and ammunition deposited in his existence, and to prepare to combat all the factors that form a shackle on the legs for the sake of perfection, so he purifies himself from all the vices, but unless he fully knows his own worth, he will not succeed. He will not be able to create a fruitful transformation in himself, and he will not be able to purify himself and his soul from what pollutes it. Rather, instead of integration, he will go backwards.
As long as speech and action do not stem from the depths of existence, it has no value. Rather, speech expresses (the cohesion, steadfastness, and authenticity of personality), for it is the interpreter of the heart and the revealer of its secrets, and it is full of verses of honor and perfection.
