Spend your time with positive people
I would like to clarify something important about this idea before I start presenting it. By no means do I mean that you should abandon those in need or ignore your family and friends who could benefit from your support, love, or help (especially in difficult times).
But what I mean is, happy people spend more time with other happy people, too. Happiness and positivity are contagious and easy to pass from one person to another, so the more time you spend in the company of positive people, the more you will benefit from their happiness and positive energy.

If someone seems to be "pulling you down," simply reduce the time you spend with them. Maintaining positivity is not easy in and of itself, and it will certainly be more difficult when you are around someone who is flooding you with negative feelings all the time. If you do not receive the respect that you think you deserve, do not give this person's opinions any weight or validity.
If you know someone who is always energetic, you should make sure you spend more time with them. Think of an activity that you both would enjoy, and let him know how happy you are to be with him. Spend an hour having lunch with a colleague who likes to stroll through the city, rather than with a colleague who likes to read quietly. If you meet other parents at your child's school who seem energetic and energetic, suggest they go out for a walk together.
