Social relationships often end due to mistrust. The bad expectations that some hold about others turn into convictions and beliefs, and these convictions are most often the domain of the mind only. The wife who interprets some of her husband’s actions and judges him based on mere thoughts that ran through her mind and does not have proof that those thoughts have a share from reality or is it just an obsession?
And the friend, for example, who explains his friend’s absence from him in a way that has no reality, or who interprets some of his actions as meaning that he intends to insult him, are they nothing but dark thoughts swirling around his mind and obsessions that control his thinking and obscure him from seeing reality?!
- So how do we get rid of this dangerous psychological illness that may worsen and lead to a state of questioning everything, causing us to lose trust in our loved ones, ruminating on us about family and social problems, and robbing us of our peace of mind?!
The solution is in your hand!!
All you have to do is determine honestly within yourself: Do these suspicions and thoughts arise from reality?
Are they perceptions of tangible things that we have seen or heard, or are they psychological and satanic obsessions that emerged from our personal interpretation of reality???
Through this questioning, the situation within yourself will change. Try and do not hesitate. You have not comprehended the unseen, and your thinking is not infallible. Put those thoughts on this scale. Take a deep breath, be alone with yourself, and repeat these two questions to yourself as well:
1- What if I ignore these thoughts, will my life be harmed?
2- What if I made an impact on these thoughts and took them as a matter of certainty, what would the consequences of things be?
If ignoring these thoughts gives you a logical conclusion that something negative will happen to you from this person, then you must have clear evidence that no rational person would disagree with, and then you must take the appropriate measures for the matter, even if your thinking does not lead you to the presence of clear evidence, know that your path will follow these thoughts.
