You can't expect the results to always be the same way!
Do not despair when you see yourself in decline... and curiosity leads you to try to discover the methods that others are taking that have given them good, comfortable, and correct results, thinking that if you follow them, you will reach the success and excellence they have achieved!
Free yourself from your fruitless curiosity and fears and regain your energy in two steps:
The first step: Choose a suitable time and place, and talk to yourself, and explain your circumstances, and if it were available to you, you would be comfortable and able to study and excel, for example, or improve your relationships... Be clear with yourself, do not hide anything, even if you feel embarrassed or angry. Be open with yourself and reveal everything to it.
The second step: Carry out a sorting process between what is outside your capabilities and energies and what is within the limits of your capabilities and abilities, then set a program to collect what is outside, and a program to implement what is within your control and ability.
After these two steps: (depleting) and (recharging), you will be ready to move toward your tasks with a clear mind and not a confused mind, whether in your studies, work, or relationships, and you will have your own personal method, not an imported one. All you have to do is adhere to these two steps and you will find a big difference.
