Creative thinking is about presenting something new, or trying to re-present it in a new or attractive, unfamiliar way. As it has been said, “It is the ability to deal with familiar things in an unfamiliar way.” The creative thinker is the one who uses his imagination to develop products, whatever they may be (artistic, material or scientific), and provides visions in adapting and crystallizing opinions to reach the realm of implementation and the possibility of application. Creative thinking is not limited to a special category, but rather it is a skill that anyone can nurture and develop, such as brainstorming, in developing thinking and producing very new and unfamiliar ideas, because the nature of creative thinking requires breaking away from the monotony and daily routine, and everything that employers are accustomed to in a certain business. The creative person hates repeating the same previous experiences; because they do not produce different and distinctive things. Creative people have the ability to invent new means to solve problems, face challenges, and present theories and visions that enable any field owners to implement them, and this is due to the types of creative thinking that they practice in their field, so employers prefer to employ people who are characterized by their creative abilities compared to other inactive people. For creative thinking to succeed, it must be built on characteristics and features The following:
First: The influence of thought and the possibility of analysis: Before creating and innovating something, the possibility of understanding it in detail must first be achieved, and this requires the ability to examine and analyze things carefully and accurately; to know the content in detail and to understand the components of the thing, its origins and elements.
Second: Transcending the imposed boundaries: In order to think creatively, remove from your thinking all assumed assumptions, and look at the matters and things around you in a way that differs from what is popular, and this requires complete openness without prior restrictions.
Third: Developing solutions to problems: When you face a problem, take the initiative to think about how to reach new solutions without resorting to quoted, borrowed and repeated solutions, and present them as proposals that can be discussed and discussed, as employers prefer this type of employees who take the initiative to innovate and create in dealing with matters and problems.
Fourth: Commitment to organization: It is an essential part of creativity; After the brainstorming process and presenting new creative proposals and ideas, they must be organized through an integrated structure in its dimensions, in a way that others can comprehend and clearly understand your vision, so that they can follow it with more interest and seriousness.
Fifth: Communication and openness: One of the priorities for nurturing creative thinking is communicating with others in terms of dialogue, exchanging experiences, and stating your creative ideas in a convincing manner. This requires complete openness to sources of knowledge and cultural and productive institutions in a way that enriches our information and provides us with diverse and different data.
