Islam has established a practical and organized educational approach to develop religious awareness in youth, curb their instincts, and determine their psychological tendencies, in order to create a generation of believers with strong wills. The most important items that fall within the framework of this educational approach include:
First: Calling for faith in Allah Almighty as soon as the religious awareness emerges in young men who are eager to learn about everything related to religion, and to prove the existence of Allah in a logical and rational manner that makes it easy for young men to understand. Thus, the first building block of the foundation of religion has been laid.
Second: Talking about the divine attributes that arouse the feelings and emotions of the young man towards his Creator and increase his love for Him and attachment to Him, such as the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Loving Allah is the best way to revive the religious awareness in young men and satisfy their desires to arm themselves with the weapon of faith.
Third: Benefit from the opening of the religious sense among boys and young men to the love of Allah to guide them to the path of obedience and encourage them to perform all religious duties and obligations.
When the boy feels that he has been granted the pleasure and care of Allah Almighty as a result of his commitment to the commands of Allah and His Messenger, his religious sense will interact and increase, and his love for the True Creator will multiply.
Fourth: Assigning the boy to perform the acts of worship that are required of him, both obligatory and recommended, with the aim of establishing a direct relationship between him and his Creator. The daily prayer that he began to learn at the age of seven and gradually began to practice, he must continue to perform it today, to stand before Allah in a state of humility and supplication, then devote himself to supplication to his Creator, the All-Hearing, All-Knowing, hoping for His mercy and fearing His wrath.
