There are many circumstances that occur and the manager does not know anything about them, and they are part of the work. Rather, the vision may be completely absent from the manager, and this is one of the greatest administrative problems, as he does not know what he is doing that hinders the work, and he does not have the smart personality to reveal his work and what his responsibility is.
