The manager who thinks about the success of his work and is interested in his professional personality finds appropriate solutions to any problem that occurs. The manager should create a spirit of tolerance and kindness in the souls of the workers, as they will be greatly affected by that, and he will reap the fruits of his planting at all times, as his kind words and good behaviors turn into Trees in their hearts that bear fruit at all times.
