Be Creative with New and Unconventional Ideas and Solutions
1:52:24 2025-05-28 2171

One of the ways to "activate the brain" is to resort to new and unconventional ideas and solutions when traditional solutions don't work or when all familiar options have been exhausted. This is what we refer to as a spark or flash of intelligence—brainstorming. Each of us has the ability to think in non-traditional ways and come up with a suitable and unique solution.

Example Case

Executives at a cosmetics company held a meeting to brainstorm a new product to market for a special occasion, in addition to their traditional products like shampoo, skincare creams, and other women-focused items.

Through their discussions and suggestions, they realized that they lacked a product specifically for men. One of them asked: “Why don’t we launch a new product for men—something that a woman can buy as a gift for her husband on this special occasion?”

Indeed, the new men’s product was showcased at the exhibition among the wide array of women’s products—and it achieved high sales.
