Consonants ZN, VN

Before n, voiced fricatives often undergo assimilation and become voiced stops. The result is forms such as idn’t, wadn’t, and bidness for isn’t, wasn’t, and business, respectively, and sebem and elebem for seven and eleven (with assimilation of /n/ to the labial place of articulation as well). Theoretically, this process might also affect /ðn/, as in heathen. The assimilation is most frequent in common words. It is sometimes reported as being specifically Southern, but in fact is far more widespread.
