Ali (peace be upon him) said: “Quraish asked the prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) to resurrect the dead, just like how Jesus (peace be upon him) did. So he called for me and covered me with a cape, then he said: “Go oh Ali with those people o the graveyards, and resurrect for them by the well of Allah, whoever they want of their fathers, mothers, grandparents and tribes.”
So I went with them, and prayed for the great Allah by his greatest name, and they raised out of their graves, removing the dust off their heads by the name of Allah, may exalted be his greatness.
