This is a question, the answer to which is important. Should the child himself be encouraged and appreciated, or his work and behavior emanating from him? Educators' opinions differ in this regard. The point of support and encouragement should be for behavior and action, not for the child's personality. We must praise the work and say it was a good job and it was well done. Such and such work was beautiful and valuable. Such interactions make the child continue to perpetuate that work.

On this basis, we must encourage him or give him an award, while letting the child know that the reward is for good behavior and hard work. Therefore, the child knows that his work is the basis, not his personality, and everyone who does this work reaches this result. Likewise, the rewards must be known under the title of the results of the work, and it must be known that the reward for such and such work is such and such reward.
