First: The religious factor:
One of the conditions of marriage in Islam is equality, i.e. equality in religion and belief. This condition is not fulfilled between a Muslim and an infidel, because the difference in belief is one of the important factors that cause the collapse of the family. Because a true Muslim must not remain silent about practices that contradict what Islam has commanded, so how can he get along with a person with a non-Islamic ideology and a non-Islamic culture and traditions? Second: The social factor:
Whoever wants to live a peaceful life with his marital partner should get to know him well, and lay the foundation for a comfortable marital life. Difficulties and problems begin in the life of the couple when others disturb the serenity of the marital life with their interference and under the pretext of reform, not knowing that these interferences in the affairs of the couple are likely to lead to the emergence of problems between them.
Third: The cultural factor:
One of the factors that affect the dispute between a woman and a man is the difference in educational level. Some do not think about tomorrow and accept marriage that may cause them in the future fatigue that they can do without. The marriage of a man who has reached a certain academic degree or level of specialization to an illiterate woman or one who has not reached the required cultural level may lead to the emergence of disputes between them.
Fourth: The economic factor:
The issue of poverty is painful for everyone, but it is more painful when a person enters into marriage hoping to obtain more money, and does not obtain anything, so Islam has forbidden marriage in order to obtain money and wealth.
Fifth: The psychological and emotional factor:
If a person is not balanced intellectually, psychologically and emotionally, he seeks to stir up disputes such as cases that occur such as creating harassment, mutual disrespect and tense atmospheres due to selfishness or arrogance and other things that threaten the family entity.
Therefore, the spouses must stay away from everything that might disturb the serenity of married life.
